QuestionIs this scanner compatible with the Neat Booking App? Currently, I have to scan our receipts using a mobile device. A desktop scanner would be much more efficient to use at work.

QuestionMy wonderful scanner is, sadly, now not capturing the whole page. There's either an inch-wide black line on the right side, or a complete blank. I'm only at about 1,900 scans on the counter; reinstalling didn't change the results. Can anyone help?

- Answer I had the same problem, and the same experience with the telephone representative. I was disappointed with the lack of understanding by the company, so I bought a Brother scanner instead.

QuestionThe blue "go" light will blink and then turn solid but will not scan when I press the button. My computer says the scanner is working properly. Some times it will give me a message that the scanner is busy. CS is of no use. Used this 2 times. HELP

QuestionI know this is a document scanner but can it scan photos decently? Also, will it scan a drivers license through the card slot?
