QuestionI'm wanting to use this to scan old family letters, including the envelope. Will this scan the envelope (smaller size) along with all the pages of the letter at the same time? Just would like it all in one PDF. Thank you.

- Answer Hello Alex. Yes, you can scan envelopes on the ES-580W. We recommend using an optional carrier sheet for valuable original documents, as this may wrinkle or damage the original. QuestionIs this scanner able to scan the thin grocery receipts easily and clearly? (I have read that some scanners have a difficult time scanning the smaller thinner receipts unless the receipts are completely flat and have no creases).

QuestionI need a scanner for my elderly parents to "press one button" and have it scan to the cloud (so I can then look at the document they scanned) Can this be set up to "scan to dropbox" WITHOUT needing to use PC software? Eg, a one-button-scan-to-cloud?

QuestionCan the scanned document be saved as a searchable PDF if the scanner is only being operated wirelessly (i.e. scan to cloud or using iPhone app to scan direct to phone.). It looks like you have to use Mac or Windows software in order to do this.
