A:AnswerYes, it does have the S380 HomeBase (HomeBase 3). This HomeBase serves as the central hub for your eufy Security system.
In addition, your S340 (eufyCam 2C) is also compatible with HomeBase 3, so both devices can work seamlessly together under the same HomeBase.
A:AnswerThe eufy Security eufyCam 3 system provides you with 16 GB of built-in local storage via the HomeBase 3, enough for approximately 90 days of recordings for a single camera under normal usage conditions. For users who require more storage—due to additional cameras, higher recording resolutions, or increased motion activity—the HomeBase 3's expandable storage option allows you to install up to 16 TB of additional storage using a standard 2.5-inch SATA HDD or SSD.
A:AnswerIt is designed to be charged using built-in solar panels. These solar panels allow the cameras to be continuously charged with exposure to sunlight, providing a more sustainable and maintenance-free power solution. Additionally, the cameras can also be charged via a USB cable if needed.

A:AnswerThe optional 2.5" storage drive should be chosen to fit your particular needs, and would cost between $30, and $500 for a 16TB drive.
The internal storage is 16GB, good for about 3 hours at 4K.
A standard HD video uses only about 3GB per hour.
A:AnswerPer Mfg: "If your camera can't reach your Wi-Fi network, you can expand the reach of your Wi-Fi network by setting HomeBase S380 to act as a Wi-Fi repeater. By placing it within range of your camera, it relays the wireless signal and eliminates the problem.
Note: When HomeBase S380 is switched to Wi-Fi Repeater Mode, the number of devices that can be connected will be halved due to a reduced total bandwidth."
The base has no battery, and requires continuous power.
A:AnswerI actually contacted their tech support on this question. Their angle of coverage actually focuses down, not out. So we had to adjust our cameras so that they actually pointed higher than we thought they should. If you have purchased their cameras, the help section actually has diagrams of the angles of coverage they suggest their cameras have.
