Q: QuestionI need a range of over 30 feet which is the range you state the cameras must be within to function. I have an Eero mesh system. Can it be utilized to extend the range? Would I need any additional equipment to implement the connection?

• A:Answer Not sure where you got 30ft. I have one 320 feet away it works great. It is in a clear line of sight from the base. In setup mode you can walk with camera and see signal strength in the app.

Q: QuestionMy homebase 3 will not stay online. I’ve gone through and deleted all twice now as well as going through app and using pin in base to reset. It says not connected to internet, check connection. Everything else is connected and internet is on.
