Q: Questionwill this pick up animal hair off the floor ?
Asked by mama.
- A:Answer We purchased the vacuum to pick up hair from our two cats. It does a good job of that. When we first got it, I had it vacuum our main rooms, then used a Dyson vacuum on the same floor to see how well it did. The Dyson only found a small fraction of what the robot captured, so we are happy with it.

- A:Answer No. It will only connect to 2.4Ghz WiFi. Most home wifi is dual band though and 2.4Ghz provides better penetration through walls. Vacuum def doesn't need the faster 5Ghz, at least until the models with 4K TVs come out :D :D

Q: QuestionWhat happens when the unit comes in contact with a light's electric cord, or a phone charge that maybe laying on the floor?
Asked by tab.
- A:Answer When Eufy 35C comes in contact with cables, it tends to pull on them and end up getting them tangled in the side brushes. That will stop it from functioning, waiting for you to untangle and remove the cable. It can do the same with rugs that have loose threads or tassles.
