• Your camera has to be connected to a wifi and your phone has to be connected to Wi-Fi or your cellular data so when you are on the road you can view your activity using you cellular data I hope this helps you

• Yes the phone needs to be connect to an internet source. So you can use your cellular or someone else’s WiFi to view your camera. Right now I’m in UK and watching my house in the US.

• You can connect through you cellular service while away. A notification will appear asking if you wish to continue on your cellular service

• When setting up the eufy product for the first time, you need to connect 2.4Ghz wifi on your mobile phone, and then when viewing the camera activity, you can use your own data flow instead of using wifi.
