• Yes, on the HOME setting, the motion sensors are disabled. Now getting the thing to stay connected to the base unit, that's another story.

• The motion sensor on this keypad is only to light up the buttons on the keypad so u know the state of ur alarm this sensor is not goin to send any notification to ur system
