QuestionHow many different codes can you program? Can you program them remotely with the phone app? If I have this on a vacation rental home, I would want to be able to assign one code to the guests that are going to be there for, example: 5 days, then delete

QuestionFor the bottom of the door (handle or knob), does that have to be changed too? I know this comes with keys but then there would be 2 separate keys, one for the top and one for the bottom. Was just wondering.

- Answer If you use a bottom knob/lever handle with a key, then you would have to use the manual key for that part and your code/fingerprint for the main lock. (the key is more of a last resort, the battery died type of situation). Most installations of this lock I've seen just use a dummy knob or lever (like you would use on a bathroom door).

QuestionHow do I charge the battery? I have plugged the USB in and plugged in to outlet but can not get it to charge. Thank you for your response.

- Answer When you plug it in a light should come on to indicate it’s charging. The USB is no different than your cell phone charging cord.

- Answer All eufy smart locks are compatible with wooden doors. Currently, our smart locks are not compatible with glass, sliding, and other doors.

- Answer Yes, you can change the code entry as many times as you want from your eufy setting (on ur phone), just like forgot password on any device but in this case you will select change passcode).

- Answer Yes. Using the Eufy app you are able to lock and unlock the deadbolt anywhere in the world. The app will also tell you if the lock fails for any reason through the notification settings.

- Answer This would just replace the deadbolt. What I did was just put a hallway ( non lockable ) door handle below it for for the door handle or you can use your existing.
