What height range should this be installed at? null

I have mine at about 3.5 feet (42 inches) and it catches everything. If you're replacing an old doorbell just place it in the same spot as that's where you're connecting wires will already be. This has very wide viewing angle both horizontally and vertically so you really can't go wrong. My viewing frame catches the ceiling of our entryway and the ground in front of it, both about one foot off the wall.
