If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists: 1.Check if the LED on the doorbell lights red, if so, reconnect your doorbell to Wi-Fi. 2.Delete the doorbell on the app and add it again. 3.Update the firmware of the doorbell to the latest version to see if it helps. Steps: side menu>my devices>firmware update. 4.Provide a picture showing the installation environment of your doorbell.
