• As others have mentioned, this is a model exclusive to Best Buy. It has increased internal memory, but is also able to record 24 hours a day for 5 days straight (in addition to motion events), which was the biggest draw for us. The chime is aesthetically more appealing, with a fabric-like finish covering it (similar to the Google Home Mini finish).

• This item is NOT a pro, I think Best Buy just named it that way. This is just the newer version (V2) of the Video Doorbell 2K (Wired) offered on the Eufy website. The only difference is the increased memory and sleeker chime, it looks a lot nicer than the older generation one IMO. There may be slight hardware upgrades, but I think those are the biggest noticeable differences.
