You may have to return it. First, I would try to troubleshoot it with Eufy's customer service, they are very good. If it just stopped working, I would also test the wiring to see if you are getting power to the doorbell. Also I have heard that if your wiring is 16 volt, it can cause connection issues. But my wiring is 16 volt and I don't have any problems. Call Eufy and see if they can help you. They have excellent customer service.

If so, let's see if the following steps are helpful: 1.Check if the LED on the doorbell lights red, if so, reconnect your doorbell to Wi-Fi. 2.Delete the doorbell on the app and add it again. 3.Update the firmware of the doorbell to the latest version to see if it helps. Steps: side menu>my devices>firmware update. 4.Provide a picture showing the installation environment of your doorbell.
