- Answer My case is the Nzxt H500 and the cables worked but the GPU cable was short and has zero slack. And because it was short, the extra plugs that stick out the sides of each cable is chillin in plain view under my gpu.

- Answer Best Buy allows open-box returns as long as the item being returned is in like-new condition. Open box items carry the full manufacturer warranty per Best Buy. What is not covered is what might have caused it to be rated as less than excellent. For instance if there was a scratch on a screen that screen is no longer warranted. As for buying certified regarding computers one notable difference between certified and not is the diagnostics. You can have them do this on any computer. Under the certified more information icon it mentions cleaning and careful repackaging. Per Geek Squad all computers are cleaned whether Excellent, satisfactory and so forth. How pretty the computer comes packed may be a matter of what of the original packing material was returned. Don't forgo a good deal just because it's not 'Certified".

- Answer While yes you could NVIDIA and AMD both recommend a 750W as the power draw can spike and trip overcurrent on lower draw models. TL;DR Get a 750w or larger I recommend an 850w for upgradeability

QuestionI have a ryzen 5 3600x in a MSI x570 gaming plus mobo. No video card so I got an EVGA 500w power supply. I keep getting cpu not found, this mobo has a 12 pin psu hookup on the board, could this be why? And where can I find a power supply that will work?

- Answer I am barely qualified to answer this, but check the pictures - it does have a 20-pin (+4 pin extension) for CPU and then two 4-pin plugs also for CPU (plus many others, for drives old and new style, etc). It worked in my 12-year-old Dell XPS 8300 so seems like it is fairly adaptable!
