“Is there any way to change the boot message port ? I'm using HDMI for TV, DVI for monitor and Displayport for VR headset and the boot messages go to the VR headset. I'd like to make it to DVI so the boot messages are displayed on my PC monitor.”

Boot display selection is usually something you change in your system bios. Not through any NVIDIA utility or OS setting. If your motherboard bios doesn't support choosing which display port to use, you might need to research other options.
