• it will, but @ a slower frame rate. you need evga 980gtx card @600 dollars for full 4k quality

• Yes, but running games at MAX settings will cause lag. On normal settings it works good

• If your looking to play games in 4k this is not the card your looking for. While this card supports playing video in 4k you would most likely benefit from stepping up to the a 980 with more VRAM. Look at the cards in the $600 range (cards with 6gigs or more). Sadly 4k is spendy to do right. Which is why I have yet to do it until the prices settle down a bit.
