Will this work with RTX 3090? null

Yes, this will work fine with a 3090 2x or 3x PCIE leads. I'm using it with a Kingpin 3090 atm.

NVIDIA recommends a minimum of 750w PSU.. although this should work I’d go the next step up to be on the safe side. I have this running a 1080ti and it works flawlessly.. but the 30 series card uses a lot more power

Unless you plan to overclock the card to an extreme level, 850W should be plenty for your system.

I don’t understand the question but I will tell you that the power supply provides more than ample power for the 3090. Also, it has the correct power connections for the 3090 so it should work just fine.
