Yes, it will. It only needs a pci express slot.

Without specifying the MSI model number it's hard to tell, but I would say if it less than 8 years old it should work. You just need a PCIe 3.0 slot, a power supply rated at 500W or better and and 8-pin power connector for the card. My Asus ATX form factor MB from 2012 works fine (with a 520W PS).
