QuestionI purchased this Roku Exp4K+ for 2014 Samsung TV UN32EH5000 - has HDMI port, but maybe it's not HDCP? TV input does not allow me to choose HDMI port that Roku is plugged into. I thought I could use, just maybe not for 4K. Do I need a different Roku model?

- Answer Answering my own question a few days later: This equipment combo now works. I'm not sure if it's because I fiddled with the placement of the "streaming player" or because I switched which TV HDMI port I plugged into (both ports do work for other streaming options). I am a happy camper - for $40, I now get all the TV I need (I'm not a heavy user) and will be saving $70 every month on cable costs.

- Answer Hello DLM1, The remote that comes with the express 4K+ does not have a headphone jack. You would have to either buy an upgraded remote or get the Roku Ultra to have a headphone Jack on the remote.

- Answer Hello Moe, The difference between the Express and Express 4k+ is the Express is only HD where as the 4k+ is UHD (4K) and the 4K+ also a power and volume button to control your tv so you don't have to use 2 remotes, as well as a voice button connected to our unbiased search that searches any movie across all apps on Roku and always showing free first. - Answer The device is for streaming from online streaming devices only like Netflix, hulu, Amazon prime, etc. If spectrum has an app and that app can be installed on the roku, then it would stream from what the app provides. But it will not hook into the cable service to be able to stream live TV.

QuestionDoes anyone else have issues with the remote constantly asking to be paired with the device? Also the remote drains the batteries and doesn’t work a majority of the time without first removing the batteries and reinstalling them.
