QuestionI see the power cable is a pigtail, one is the plug in power and the other looks like a internet cable connection, do you need this internet cable connection if so why? Would use it for a stronger connection to the camera if you did not/could not use WiFi

- Answer This device can be connected using an Ethernet cable or using WiFi connectivity. Users have the preference to use either way to connect the device to the WiFi

QuestionCan you see in color at night with this c3w device or the ezGuard? What's the main difference between these 2 models?

- Answer If you have the IR lights turned off, and have some ambient light, you should be able to see night time images in color. By default the device has its IR lights turned on. C3W and Ezguard are similar devices just model name was upgraded.
