If you are talking about the in-game rewards, then you just go to Ultimate Team and you will see the packs you received because of pre-ordering the game. If you are talking about the wallpaper, it is only for the digital pre-order.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this same problem and it sounds like most other people have this problem as well. The best thing to do is probably call the store and tell them that they haven't given you the code. They'll tell you that you should get it in an email but I have yet to hear from anyone of that actually happening.
