A:AnswerI preordered the regular physical copy and had it shipped to me. I suspect this game is running out everywhere now. That could be why it is store stock only. Maybe you could call your closest store and find out if it's actually in stock. Maybe they can set that up manually.

A:AnswerThis is believed to be a "timed exclusive", releasing on PS4 3/3/2020 and on Xbox and PC sometime in the following 1-2 years. Square Enix hasn't said anything official but they've dropped some hints. Keep an eye out in the coming months for a full announcement.
