Please try again later.It can estimate it if you enter your stride length it will count your steps and attempt to figure out distance but it's not going to be 100% perfect as you don't physically travel any distance. As for calories you can track them in the app (you have to enter them) OR use myfitnesspal to track calories and link the two accounts. It will do heart rate no problem.
