You can customize what your screen looks like through the app and the face will change after you sync. There are 3 choices and you can switch if you want to try another one.

Yes, the watch comes with a few preprogrammed faces that you can change from the phone that is connected to the watch.

You get the option of customization bands including the silver or black part that goes around the actual Fitbit. As for the watch face itself it comes with 6 options for clock/watch display.
