The FitBit company is VERY responsive to emailed questions or you can call them too. They do guarantee against certain things.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When you touch it, does it vibrate? Mine did that the other day and I had only had it one month. I ran it to Best Buy and it was asleep. The sales tech just touched something and it went from black, back to life. (It was black, but vibrant when I touched the side, button, but nothing turned on,)
