It's nice to be able to add steps manually if you were charging it or for some reason you weren't wearing it for while. You could add in an estimate of steps while you didn't have it on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Give it some time, seems to take a couple of days to sync up and get accurate with step count.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve noticed a discrepancy in step count also. It’s nothing I haven’t experienced with other step counters though. Ive yet to use one that was 100% accurate. The point is to move and be aware of your activity level-not fixate on the exact number of steps you take each day. I think this device does a good job of that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you wear it to sleep/bed like my wife and I do and I used to, it will track movements... like if you get up and use the bathroom, or walking around getting ready, like my wife blow-drying her hair etc. So any movements, will track. However, we mostly use ours to keep track of our walks, workouts at the gym - treadmill, weights etc. This way we can see our progress. Nothing is perfect but it sure helps to see what your doing.
