You should contact Fitbit customer support. They are easy to work with and are solution oriented. I think you’ll have better success calling them than this forum. Try resetting your Fitbit. Connect it to the charge port and hold down the function key for 6 seconds. Hopefully you then get the smiley face. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had this same issue with my fitbit charge 3. It was working earlier that day then all of a sudden it stopped lighting up. It still sync with my phone. I couldn't figure out how to fix it so I was able to return it, still within the return limit. Best Buy was able to exchange it for me with no issues. So far, its working fine. Apparently this happened to someone I know. He suggested doing a factory reset.
