• Mine stop working after it got wet but I was able to reboot. It worked but won’t hold the charge as long as it use to.

• Do a full reset on it -- connect the charger and hold the side "button" for a few seconds and it will reset. Then make sure you update the firmware on the watch with an app on your phone. Mine did this with the first few versions of firmware, but has been problem free for 4-5 months now.
