Does this do Military time? null

When I checked my device, I didn't find an option for military time

Yes it does military time. You must log into fitbit.com to set the 24 hour mode on the clock. Once you log in, go to your dashboard, select the settings "gear", go to personal info and scroll down to the time selection to select 24 hour mode. Once you sync to fitbit.com, then you will get the 24 hour mode on your device.
