I just got the charge 4. It has more categories than charger 3. Has pace and distance with built in GPS. 24/7 heart rate, sleep tracker, swim proof, 20+ goal excerises, steps, distance, calories burned , and floors climbed. Hope that helps. You can program things in your phone and it will keep track of your progress. Have a good day.

It tracks quite a few things like walking, hiking, swimming... I use it for some interval training, it lets me know when to change, yoga is also on there. I am not sure how it tracks those.

I walk a lot and use it for that. Also check my heart rate. I also monitor my sleep. All good. I didn’t care for the band that came with it and bought a replacement.
