• After purchasing new the Fitbit 3 died on me in less than 2 months (experienced certain trouble after only one month). Very disappointed with the 3. I had some medical issues and was unable to address. Also, the 3 was advertised as waterproof and that you could swim with but never did. I actually preferred the 2 to the 3 Fitbit.

• Other than the fact that Fitbit Charge 4 has gps. I don’t know if 3 has that feature or not. And 4 is waterproof.

• Fitbit Charge 4 has built-in GPS (which can be turned off to save battery), Spotify app, and contactless payment.
