It measures pulse, but not BP (as an RN it's unlikely the latter would be accurate if it did). Out of the box, it does track sleep, and provides sleep stages and heart rate variability. I believe you'll need to convert to premium at 6 months to continue receiving detailed sleep information (I haven't yet past that milestone), but at least you'll be able to see if this information is of value to you. You'll need to download the Fitbit app on your smartphone, and create an online account, linking your device, to get full download data.
