• Fitbit trackers do not measure blood pressure. I'm not sure there is a wearable wrist activity tracker on the market that does. The Charge HR and Surge both measure heart rates and sleep patterns (movement based sleep patterns)

• The Fitbit Charge HR measures heart rate and sleep, I don't believe any of them measure blood pressure, but I could be wrong.
