• Splash proof, will handle rain, sweat, splashing while washing hands. It is not waterproof and needs to be taken off for showering and swimming.

• Yes it's waterproof because you can swim with it

• Water resistant. The manual does not recommend showering or swimming while wearing this (as the charging contacts are exposed on the back of the device). It can get water splashed on it and still be fine but its not advisable to submerge this underwater.
