Double check your settings or call Fitbit support. I had the same problem mine was a setting.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Go to set up mode, scroll down to the "Sleep" icon, and tap to activate. I switch between a clip during the day, and then wear on my wrist for sleep, so I also swap between "Wear on wrist" and "Clip" by scrolling to the bottom of the set up options.
