“I once brought a fitbit Reading the instructions on how to work it I found out that I couldn't continue to wear it due to that I had a pacemaker and fitbit trigger my machincal within me. Would this be the same if I purchased it. I like to know before”

My mother has had a pacemaker for several years and has also worn two different models of Fitbits during that time, and now wears an Apple Watch. None of them have given her any issues with her pacemaker, her doctor said it doesn't interfere at all. Don't take internet advice on this though, check with your doctor.
