Hi, the fit bit HR comes with a charging cable with a USB end that goes right into your computer tower or wherever your usb ports are. Put the watch in to the connector and then you follow the screen for instructions. I have windows 10, it was really easy. Everytime you put the watch on the connector it will synch data from it and display it on your account ( you need to set up account with your email and a password) you will see everything, including your sleep.
