Yes it is! I have one and love it!

Yep it definitely is for ladies to my wife has one and there's all different sorts of bands

This watch is meant to be unisex and I had some concerns too as a women if it would be too large. It isn't, the size is about 1.5" x 1.5" and it looks amazing. I've had a few male friends try it on too and looks great on them as well.
