• Yes you can download your own music to the watch, then use wireless headphones. it also has the Pandora App but you have to be a paid subscriber to Pandora to be able to use it.

• No, this phone is junk. It tells time. Nothing else works. Their customer service is nothing but bots and resolutions that are endless loops of tasks that fail every time. Fitbit does not care and does not fix.
