Can you place calls and talk through this Fitbit? null

I was researching Fitbit's website and you will be able to receive calls and texts and respond to both but within 30ft of your phone.

You can’t answer text but you can take calls with setting up your Alexa and microphone.

You can answer calls, as long as you are somewhat close to your phone. I use an Iphone. I have received texts but cannot respond back.

No you can’t answer your phone or text back. Hopefully Fitbit does an update where we can answer our calls cause there is a mic.

I called Fitbit with this same question. They said that although the Versa 3 has both a microphone and speaker, they do not have info at the moment whether we'll be able to answer calls and talk with it. Currently, they are stating that these items are made available to work with Google and Alexa. The rep said that perhaps it will have that functionality though. So bottom line.... No clear answer. Sounds like we'll have to wait and see what it actually does!
