“I have a samsung galaxy 7 phone but I am not good with tech. I used to have a Garmin fit that worked off my computer and worked independently very well, never missed a step. Will this work by itself after downloading app ? or does it require alot of phone”

Both my wife and I are very tech savvy, and it was a nightmare to get this thing to connect and update. Be prepared for two hours of effort.
