“When playing in single player mode, can you set the game so you can run out of gas if you don't make a pit stop? I have an older forza game that the car never runs out of fuel and was hoping this forza game has that option to make it more challenging.”

Forza horizon doesn't take fuel into account at all. In Forza motorsport fuel can come into play, usually based on the number of laps you decide to race.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I believe you can set gas limits in the Forza Motorsports games, but don't believe it is an option in these Forza Horizon games. I don't believe any of the races here have pits available like a regular course would have.
