I did the same thing, it’s not Bluetooth
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do you have an Android phone (Samsung, LG, etc) or an iPhone? Because the wireless option for connecting to the device actually only works with iPhones and other iOS products. I found that out after looking on the manufacturer support article for the device because I was confused about that too when I bought the transmitter. I hope this is helpful, but if not, then I would contact the manufacturer of the transmitter and see if they are able to better assist you.
