Your answer is too general and doesn’t address the real problem. Frigidaire model FFHT1425VW06. It seems the doors have a built-in “stop”. The doors won’t close on their own unless given a strong push to overcome this “stop”. So were the doors installed incorrectly or is this just a poor design?

There could be a few reasons why the refrigerator door will not close properly: The door was closed too hard, causing the other door to open slightly. In this case, you have to close both doors gently. Another reason could be that the refrigerator is not level. It rocks on the floor when moved slightly. In this one, you have to ensure the floor is level and solid and can adequately support the refrigerator. Contact a carpenter to correct a sagging or sloping floor.
