Questionis this window air for a slide by window???? not casement slide by>>>>if so does it come with a product to fill in the hole from top of airconditioner to top of window so there isnt a large open hole there>????

- Answer Good Afternoon Jerry! The air conditioner FFRA0522R1 compressor and fan will turn off once the temperature inside of the room has reached its set temperature. The fan will stay on around one minute, after the compressor, to test the air and make sure the compressor does not need to come on. The fan will periodically turn on to test the air within your space to assure it is at the proper temperature. We hope this information is helpful to you. QuestionI have new replacement windows with a thin lip at the bottom, one inch high, If I set the air conditioner on this it will break. is there a bracket that comes with it. or is the bottom recessed to fit the lip?
