A:AnswerHi, Niaz! If you purchased it new, this freezer should come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty. The details of this coverage should be listed in the back of your Owner's Manual! ~Ashton
A:AnswerHi Connie. There is a light cover that should be opened and then you can unscrew the light bulb. Door shelves should be lifted up and then pulled out. If needed, our team can be reached by calling 1-888-203-1389 Mon - Fri, 8am - 8pm (EST) Kindly, Anna
A:AnswerLight only comes on while opened, You can unscrew the bulb and remove if you want or need to replace. Can't image why you don't want to light the interior though.
A:AnswerHi, Zee. The serial tag is located on the interior wall of the freezer, so the door will need to be unlocked to locate it. If you need a replacement key, you can order one at www.frigidaireapplianceparts.com. ~ Brandi
A:AnswerAbsolutely. I checked on the same issue as I wanted one for my garage, and learned that wintertime for freezers is the perfect time. Obviously, you will want it in the garage away from the outside elements. It's the summers (heat) that cause problems for freezers -- as they have to work harder to maintain the inside temp.
A:AnswerI just went to my local dollar store and bought several basket weaved plastic baskets they worked very well. I chose the basket weave so air could past through.
