We live in Florida and put a space heater set at 60 deg F next to our new FFTR1814. Why? It will not cool properly below 55 degrees F ambient, and this can cause food spoilage or worse, food poisoning.
Our space heater cost us $99. The add-on Frigidaire part is $26 retailer.
