“There are 8 holes in the freezer so it appears that the shelf could be in either of 2 positions. The refrigerator was delivered with the shelf in the lower position. How do I move it to the higher position? It seems to be stuck in the left holes.(1821QB)”

That does not work. The shelf will not move far enough in either direction so that it can be removed from the holes. I also called the service number about another issue so I asked about moving the shelf since there is no explanation in the pamphlet that came with the unit. I was told the shelf was not able to be moved.
