The freezer seems to be running too much or too long it may be due to the following reasons: -If the room or outside temperatures are hotter than usual, it is normal for the freezer to work harder under these conditions. -If the freezer has been recently disconnected, it will take up to 4 hours for the freezer to cool down completely. -If the unit has been recently packed with large amounts of warm or hot food, the unit may run longer until it arrives to the desired temperature. -If the doors are opened frequently opened or left open for too long, the warm air entering the freezer will cause it to run for longer periods of time. -Door seal may need to be checked.
