I wanted a smaller freezer, however when I saw this one with the extra basket, the divided shelves in the door and display on the front of the door, I changed my mind. The price was good and with free delivery that was an excellent deal. It also had the energy star rating and the smaller one did not.

Other than the compressor being loud, the freezer is great. Plenty of room, adjustable shelves, outside digital temp. reading, and no defrosting needed.

I'm loving my new freezer. You can set the digital thermometer to a set temperature on the outside and adjust it whenever needed. Door alarm warns you when door is open longer than 5 minutes! The adjustable wire shelves are nice and the air circulates through the wire shelves so it freezes your items better and you don't have any warm spots in your freezer. All in all this freezer is GREAT bang for the buck and I recommend this to everyone!

I have not really noticed the noise that others complained about. We have is in the cellar under our bedroom. I can hear the furnace go off and on but have not heard the freezer yet. Did a great job in quick freezing unfrozen food. Like the temp control.

This upright 20 cu ft freezer has lots of room and is frost-free. It replaces a similar sized freezer that was not frost-free and much space was quickly lost to ice build up in the old freezer. This new freezer stays frost free all the time. Very nice temperature display on the door too, but I would not recommend this freezer for inside a home near bedrooms as it is kind of loud and runs frequently. It runs frequently, but so far no increase in our electric bills moving from "Old Frosty" to this slick new freezer.

My freezer went out full of food so I ran down to Best Buy to buy a freezer. To my dismay they only had 1 model in stock but the up side it was this one! Works perfect, gives you the temperature on the outside of the door and it's plenty big enough for whatever else I may want to put in it!

This freezer is working great so far, it's has digital temperature on the outside. Tons of storage and lots of bins and drawers makes it much easier to organize and find things when you need them. By far better than a chest freezer and worth the money you pay for it. The only bad thing was there were dents and scratches when we opened the packaging once we got home. We live over an hour from best buy and weren't about to pack it up and drive all the way back to return it!

I bought this product sight unseen. I needed a freezer for our new home and when I looked at the reviews for this product online I clicked the button and made the commitment. The freezer arrived on time and installation was quick and painless, though admittedly I paid for delivery and had an extra plug installed specifically for it. I love all the shelves and cubbies in this freezer! I stock up when I find a good deal and freeze meat and produce in bulk when on sale. There is a place for everything. The freezer can lock, but I don't use the lock. The freezer can get a little noisy when the compressor kicks on, but this wasn't a big deal for us since we keep it in the garage. It also makes a suction noise when the door shuts. I find that sound to be reassuring. Means my food is safely tucked away. Bottom line this was a great purchase and a super value for the price.

We purchased this freezer in order to make room in our chest freezer for a beef. We use this freezer for smaller items such as bags of vegetables, loaves of bread, etc., and it is excellent for that! The shelves and drawers make it extremely easy to access those items that easily get lost in a chest freezer. The freezer has lots of features such as a door open alarm, a 'sealing' process that seals the freezer after you close the door, an external temperature display, etc. It's a great value for the money. The only drawback is the noise. When the fan kicks on, it does get a tad noisy, so if you are going to put this freezer in a room that you are regularly in, I would look at another option. Ours is in the laundry room, so we just close the door and it's not a big issue. Other than that one small item, we love it!

We had a small chest freezer and this freezer is huge in comparison and it holds so much food we cannot fill it even to 25% capacity. This would be a great freezer to hold a side of beef plus more. The external display tells how cold the internal temp is so you can tell if it is working just by viewing the display. I have had the electrical outlet reset on the old freezer and it had a light that showed whether it was powered. Nice feature in case the power is off for some reason. The profile size is great for the garage. If fits to the side of the entry door for ease of access and it is out of the way of the cars for parking purposes. Could easily go in a basement if needed. Almost forgot, Frost Free, Awesome!

Great size freezer for the price. Very happy with over all unit. The compressor is a bit loud... it is like a dull hum in the background. I have it in the basement and if the kids are gone or sleeping I can hear the hum in the basement. Fridgator addresses this issue in its manual saying it is quieted the best they can and that due to the performance of the system the compressor will make a bit of noise. If it helps anyone out there, don't worry about the noise, after 3 weeks it is now just background noise and we don't think about it. I would recommend this freezer.

Bought this because of all the good reviews & we're not disappointed. Light is bright, plenty of room and shelves, easy to program and lots of options. A bit noisy, but it's in our garage. Wouldn't want in our living area. Have had it 2 months with no problems.

Love my new freezer! Easy to see everything. Baskets make for great organizing and ability to see frozen items. Door alarm is great feature. Moveable trays in the door make for great space organizing options.

I love this freezer. The adjustable shelves in the door make it more useful and it has lots of space. It holds the temp perfectly and the pull out baskets are great.

Large freezer, no frost build up, easy to open and close. Shelves are spaced adequately and are sturdy. Other freezer was completely full, when we switched to this one we still had room to add more.

I thought that a 20 cu. ft. freezer was smaller than what I got but I'm more than pleased. Digital temp control on the outside of the unit and plenty of space. This unit got cold in half the time it stated and has been running like a champ ever since. No fancy stuff on the inside just loads of storage space. Way better than those cheap chest freezers and it took week to fill it.

We ordered this freezer on-line and it has more volume than we expected, pleasantly so. This freezer has shelves, baskets and door rack bins for storing many different types and sizes of items. I like seeing the temperature display on the outside, one quick look and you know all is well with the temp. Great so far.

I like the convenient temp on the outside and the alarm so I know if the temp goes up without opening the door-the inside shelves are handy and I really like the basket pull out shelf because it is handy for small flat items to keep separate from larger freezer containers-----I like to keep bags of nut on the door and I find I would like more adjustable long shelves rather than adjustable short shelves because the short shelves do not hold enough bags as my old freezer which was the same size
