The Freezer has served us very well. It has ample storage space, with some adjustable shelves with door bins. The digital controls and temperature gauge on the outside of the door agree easy to access and read. Best Buy honored a price that their competitor would not stand behind, after promising to do so. The front feet of the freezer are easily adjustable. Frigidaire makes a quality freezer.

The delivery and install was a breeze and a must do, they had there own lift belt and everything. We plugged it in, wiped everything down and had frozen food in it within the recommended four hours of run time. The motor is a little loud while running, but if you store your freezer in the garage or basement, that shouldn't be a problem. Excellent space and performance for the price.

The best thing about this freezer is the exterior display which let's you know the temp inside. It also has a warning alarm to let you know if you left the door open or the freezer isn't working properly. that's means you will hopefully know before it's too late and all the food's ruined. It has lots of storage space inside. It does have two pull out drawers...could use several more. Nothing worse then opening a freezer and having food fall out at you!

Needed a big freezer to store bulk meat purchases. Brand name has been used by my family for years. Price per storage cu.ft. Is great.

This is the Second one I purchased this year for my wifes cookie business. Its a good size for the price.. But it runs a lot and its loud so if you're going to use it for your kitchen don't purchase this one.. Great for your basement or garage..

Have had this unit for about a month now and its been performing perfectly. Got it on sale for a good price and it replaced an old Kenmore 20cu ft. Freezer whose seal had been broken and was not energy efficient. In looking for a replacement I searched for good reliability records and energy efficiency and digital controls. This model satisfied all those options and I would recommend it. The alerts even keep track of how long a power failure occurred (I unplugged it by accident for 36 hours but items were still frozen inside). Also comes with a security key which pops out automatically after use. You can also customize the temperature settings as high or as low as you like and the digital controls show the freezer temperature at all times which is nice.

The Frigidaire 20.6 cu. ft. Upright Freezer is a great upgrade from a chest freezer. This freezer provides plenty of space, shelves, and compartments for keeping frozen food well organized, no more hidden food. CON: it is loud.

This unit replaced a 35 year old freezer that wasn't frost free. My wife was well pleased with the aesthetics and the functionality but most important to her was the frost free operation and the multiple temperature setting capability!

So far so good . Only had it since September 28, 1913. Has lots of room . It is a bit loud when running, but at least you know it's still working. So far satisfied with my purchase.

Bought this as a garage freezer. Lots of room, maintains temps very well. As to people complaining it was too loud, I have pretty good ears and can barely notice it running when I am in the garage. I cannot hear it from inside the house.

The only reason I gave this a 4 was that the door alarm takes too long to go off. I keep this in my garage, and by the time the alarm would go off, I would no longer be in there, I think most people who but a stand alone freezer would have it located out of the kitchen, and probably the house. Maybe 1 minute? 2 at the most. Even better would be if it was adjustable, pretty simple circuit. This thing is awesome otherwise, huge size, easy access, love the exterior display and lock, so far a very very nice product.

have more than enough space for all my frozen foods. Plenty of shelves including the ones on the door. Love the pullout drawers

After having to return the first freezer that was delivered because it would not go down to freezing temperatures I opted for the same brand and model as a replacement. The second one was freezing within 2 hours of setup and has been working fine ever since. I love the temperature display on the door as it shows the temperature without having to open the door to check operation. I am very happy with this new freezer. One other reason I stayed with the Frigidaire brand is because I have a 20 year old Frigidaire refrigerator in my kitchen that has been trouble free.

The way the shelves and drawers are arranged it is super easy to keep organized and find things quickly. No more digging around to find things. Also the door bins can be moved and arranged however you want.

Easy set-up(2 buttons ...Temperature and alarms are set). Easy access. Very spacious. VERY Quiet. Well illuminated.

Great price as an open box item...Works very well.. But runs really loud, Have out in garage as extra freezer and can hear it running inside the house.. Wouldn"t buy this model again

The freezer works really well. It has alot of storage and organizes very well. It does seem louder than normal when cycling.

Great freezer at a good price. I butcher a cow once a year and am always worried about the freezer not working. With the digital alarm and control panel I dont worry at all. When I walk by it I glance at the panel it reads. -10 degrees and no alarms and I know my food is good. The racking system inside is also great. With numerous places and ways to store your goods. Great freezer love it I am going to buy another one for hogs.

I have only had the Frigidaire upright freezer for 4 - 5 weeks now, so i cannot speak for it's reliability. So far i was pleased with the interior lay-out and controls. My only negative so far is the noise level of the freezer at any time. Fortunately i put my freezer in my attached garage as far from the living area as possible and it presents no problem. If you were considering this freezer for a room within your living area or near bedrooms, i would make sure you knew the noise level. So far this freezer is fulfilling my needs and expectations and seems to be a good value..
